Charging Structure

What we charge?

All fees (processing, settlement, and gas fees) are transparently displayed to clients or end users during the transaction process through live rate APIs or at the time of confirmation. This ensures clarity regarding the total charges applied to any transaction.

  • Processing Fee: A fixed fee or a percentage of the transaction value charged for each transaction, agreed upon in advance with the customer in the Business Service Agreement. This fee would be 0% to 8% of the order value or a fixed fee per order and be charged to our Customers and/or their Merchants and End Users.
  • Settlement costs: charged for settling balances in different currencies with our Customers. These fees are charged on a per transaction basis, are charged to our Customers and/or their Merchants, and range between 0% to 10%.
  • Gas fees: For crypto settlements or blockchain transactions, gas fees are charged to cover network costs incurred during the transfer of crypto assets.
  • Onboarding Fee: A one-time charge applied to customers of TransFi during the initial setup process. This fee covers TransFi's infrastructure, system integration, and account configuration costs necessary to enable seamless service delivery.
  • Minimum Settlement Fee: charged in lieu of missing minimum monthly volume commitments signed off by our customers. Minimum commitment fees range from €0 to €25,000 and are charged on a monthly basis to our Customers and/or their Merchants.

Pricing will be reviewed periodically, at least annually, or as necessary based on economic factors, regulatory changes, or shifts in operational costs. Adjustments to pricing may occur in response to:

  •  Costs incurred by the Firm in delivery of services;
  •  Regulatory changes that necessitate the inclusion of new fees or adjustments;
  • Market analysis to ensure competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.

Any adjustments to the pricing structure shall be communicated to existing clients on the basis of terms agreed in the Business Service Agreement.
